(Kemptville, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU), the OPP Community Drug Action Team – Project Paradigm and members of the OPP Emergency Response team (ERT) executed a Controlled Drug and Substance Search Warrant at a residence in the Town of Kemptville.
At 10:45 pm on this date, police entered 11 Blossom Road and seized a quantity of marihuana and currency.
Kevin COUGHLIN, age 21 and Lorita COUGHLIN, age 51 were arrested and charged with possession of schedule 2 (marihuana) for the purpose of trafficking.
The accused individuals were released and are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice of Ontario in Kemptville on the October 17th, 2015.
