(CALEDON, ON) – On September 29th, 2015 officers from the Caledon OPP Street Crime Units (SCU) and ERT (Emergency Response Team) executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) warrant at a Caledon East residence.
While executing the warrant, officers located a quantity of marihuana, cocaine and Oxycodone.
Nicholas David TAMBURRI, 23, and Douglas Alan TENNANT, 50, both from Caledon were arrested and charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in a Schedule II Substance, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 and Possession of a Schedule I Substance.
The accused males were released and they are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on November 23rd, 2015.
