On September 10, 2013, two commercial break and enters occurred to adjacent businesses in a south-end retail plaza. Guelph Police Investigative Services, with the assistance of the Hamilton Police Service, identified a 32-year-old male from Hamilton who has been arrested and charged with two counts of break and enter to commit theft and one count of disguise with intent. He will appear in bail court on November 13, 2013.
