(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On June 6, 2016 at approximately 7:00 p.m. uniform members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with the Street Crime Unit (SCU) executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at a residence located on Laird Road in Puslinch Township.
25 marihuana plants were seized along with dried marihuana stalks with bud and loose, dried marihuana.
51-year-old Rhonda HARE of Guelph and 47-year-old Ray PATTERSON of Puslinch Township has been charged with Possession of Schedule 2 Substance Over 30 grams and Production of a Schedule 2 Substance contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. They are scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on July 15, 2016 to answer to the charges.
