(KENORA, ON) Members of the Kenora Ontario Provincial Police Detachment (OPP) have charged a male and female for theft.
On Saturday August 5, 2016 and August 24, 2016 police received reports of yard maintenance items being stolen from two separate residences in the City of Kenora.
As a result of this investigation, Nancy NEUFELD, age 37 from Kenora has been charged with Theft under $5,000 and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5,000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
Justin SETTERLAND, age 36 from Kenora has been charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5,000, Trafficking in Stolen Goods under $5,000 and Theft Under $5,000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
They were both held for bail court on August 26, 2016 to answer to the charges.
