(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment and members of the Norfolk County Criminal Investigations Unit have arrested and charged two (2) 33 year old males, in relation to a Break and Enter at a Bay Street, Port Rowan, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at approximately 11:12 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned member of the public after they heard the sounds of breaking glass. The alert resident immediately looked outside and observed a vehicle parked at the front of the Port Rowan Pharmasave drug store and immediately contacted police.
Through investigation, it was determined that unknown suspects forcibly gained entry into the drug store. Once inside, unknowns removed a quantity of prescription medication.
The suspects then fled in a silver coloured van which was last seen heading northbound on Bay Street at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was subsequently located by alert officers patrolling the area however the vehicle failed to stop for police after all emergency lighting was activated.
As a result of investigation, police located the suspects and vehicle involved is this incident.
Charged with the following offences is 33 year old William Christopher KECHEGO of London, Ontario.

Charged with the following offences is 33 year old Ernest Charles FRENCH of Chippewas of the Thames First Nation.

Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
