(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – On May 13, 2018, at approximately 11:50 a.m. members of the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were notified there were parties breaching conditions at a residence on Stewart Crescent in the City of Elliot Lake, Ontario.
Police attended and investigation revealed that a male and female were in contravention of numerous release conditions.
As a result, the male and female were arrested and charged.
David JENKINS, 27 years of age, of Elliot Lake, Ontario, was charged with:
Fail to Comply with Recognizance, contrary to section 145(3) of the Criminal Code (CC),
Fail to Comply with Probation Order (two counts), contrary to section 733.1(1) of the CC.
Jessie Lynn FOURNIER, 23 years of age, of Penetanguishene, Ontario, was charged with:
Fail to Comply with Probation Order, contrary to section 733.1(1) of the CC.
Both accused parties were scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Blind River, Ontario on May 14, 2018.
