TV And Medication Stolen While Occupants Sleep

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment investigated a break and enter at a Sherman Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Saturday, June 11, 2016 at approximately 10:23 a.m., police received a report of a break and enter.

Through the course of investigation, it was determined that on Saturday, June 11, 2016 in the early morning hours while the occupants of the residence were sleeping, unknowns attended the address and forcibly gained access. Once inside, unknowns removed an RCA 48-inch television set along with a quantity of prescription medication.

The Norfolk County OPP detachment is continuing to investigate and is seeking assistance from the public. If anyone has any information regarding this incident, they are being asked to contact police 1-888-310-1122.
