(BLANDFORD BLENHEIM TOWNSHIP, ON.) On Monday April 17, 2017 at approximately 2:20 p.m. a member of the Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police conducted a traffic stop on Highway 2 in Blandford Blenheim Township.
The female driver was initially stopped for speeding, however further investigation resulted in her arrest for impaired driving.
The female driver, Trudy HYDE, 56-years-old of Blandford Blenheim Township is charged with the following:
Drive with more than 80mgs of alcohol in blood
She was released on Promise to Appear with a future court date. The vehicle was impounded and she was served with a 90 day drivers licence suspension.
