(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment arrested a 45 year old male after checking a vehicle at Hamilton Plank Road, Port Dover, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, November 17, 2013 at approximately 12:55 a.m., police were conducting a R.I.D.E program (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) in the area of Hamilton Plank Road and Grand Street, when a vehicle was stopped and checked for driver sobriety.
Charged with Driving over the legal limit is 45 year old Troy Edward TAYLOR of Norfolk County, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
