(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Saturday, January 10, 2015 at approximately 9:50 a.m., a Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped to check on the well-being of a driver of a Dodge pick-up truck, bearing Quebec licence plates, which was parked on the shoulder of Hwy. 10 south of Holland Centre in the Township of Chatsworth.
The lone driver had been smoking marihuana. A small quantity of marihuana was located inside the vehicle.
Trevor MUSTO, 63, of Orford, Quebec, was charged with possession of marihuana – under 30 grams, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on February 19, 2015.
