(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On Monday April 14, 2014, around 8:00pm, Quinte West OPP responded to an assault call at a residence on George Street in Trenton. A physical altercation took place between two females at the residence over living arrangements. The police investigation led to the arrest of a 16 year old female from Trenton. The female victim sustained minor injuries. The female young offender was charged with one count of assault and was arrested at the scene. She was released from police custody on a Promise to Appear and Officer In Charge Undertaking with a court date set for May, 2014.
