(South Stormont) – On February 1, 2014 at approximately 4:00pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of transportation fraud on Highway 401, South Stormont Township. Investigation revealed a male passenger in a taxi was refusing to pay for services. Further information indicated he was in contravention of conditions from a previous incident.
Allen TUPPER (24) of New Haven, CT (USA) was arrested and is charged with;
– Transportation Fraud
– Obstruct Peace Officer
– Theft
– Fail to Comply with Recognizance (2 counts)
He was held in custody, pending a court appearance (bail) in Cornwall.
