(Hawkesbury, ON) – On the 30th of October 2012, shortly after 1:30 am, Constable Jonathan Bouchard, during a RIDE initiative, intercepted a silver 2000 Pontiac Sunfire on Du Chenail Boulevard in the Town of Hawkesbury.
During the execution of the traffic stop, the driver was found in possession of illicit drugs.
Nancy DAVIDSON (34 yrs) of Hawkesbury, ON, was arrested and charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with section 4(1) Possession of a Schedule II substance- Cannabis Marihuana – under 30grams.
She was also charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with section 811 – Breach of Recognizance.
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear in court on November 27th in L’Orignal.
