(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On December 28, 2013, just before 5:00 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a Chrysler on Highway 40 at Maynard Line.
As a result of the subsequent OPP traffic investigation, the driver, 35 year old Samira CHTOUROU, from Chatham, ON, was charged with the following:
Drive Motor Vehicle No Licence, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Use Plate Not In Accordance With Act, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Fail To Apply For Permit On Becoming Owner, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Fail To Surrender Insurance Card, contrary to the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act
