(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On January 4, 2014, just before 3:00 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a Pontiac vehicle on Highway 401 eastbound near Communication Road.
As a result of the subsequent OPP traffic investigation, the driver, 50 year old Douglas BEEZE, from Enniskillen Township, ON, was charged with the following:
· Driving While Disqualified, under the Criminal Code of Canada
· Driving While Under Suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
The male is scheduled to appear in a Chatham court at a later date to answer to the charges.
