(Ear Falls, ON) – On April 6th, 2014 at 4:29 p.m. the Ear Falls Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on a motor vehicle. The officers located one pound of marihuana inside the vehicle and a prohibited knife.
As a result of the investigation Britny Schooley, age 21 of Red Lake, Ontario was charged with trafficking a controlled substance contrary to section 5(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, Possession of for the purpose of trafficking contrary to section 5(2) Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and unauthorized possession of a weapon contrary to section 91(2) of the Criminal Code.
