(RAMARA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On Saturday February 01, 2014 at approximately 2:46 p.m. an Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was patrolling Rama Road in Ramara Township. The officer stopped a motor vehicle for a driving offence near the intersection of Rama Road and County Road 169.
After further investigation the driver failed a roadside breath test and was arrested.
Peter MCKEE, 58 years old of Bracebridge, has been charged with Driving with more than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
He will be answering to the charge in Orillia Court on February 25, 2014.
