(KAPUSKASING, ON) – On April 9, 2015, Kapuskasing Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop for a Highway Traffic Act (HTA) infraction. As a result of the traffic stop, police have charged Trevor LYNCH, 45, of South Porcupine with the following charges
Adult possess a Schedule I – Cocaine as per section 4(1) of the Controlled drug and Substance Act (CDSA)
Having care or control of a motor vehicle with unsealed container of liquor as per section 32(1) of the Liquor Licence Act (LLA)
Red light- fail to stop as per section 144(18) HTA.
He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kapuskasing on June 8, 2015 at 10:00 am.
