(Guelph, ON) – On Thursday July 18th, 2013 at approximately 12:26pm Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers performed a traffic stop on Clair Road West in the City of Guelph on a 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier. An investigation took place into forming the true identity of the driver.
Robert DAWSON age 47 of Kitchener is charged with Obstruct Police contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on the 10th of September 2013 to answer to this charge. He is also charged with Driving While Under Suspension contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
