(SARNIA, ON) A Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a Ford vehicle on Highway 402 near Modeland Road, for a traffic investigation on June 27, 2014.
When the vehicle was stopped, the OPP officer alleges that the driver and passenger switched positions within the vehicle.
As a result of the subsequent investigation, the passenger, Kassandra WARBURTON 25 years of age from Minden Hills Township, ON was charged with Permitting an Unlicensed Person to Drive a Motor Vehicle and Fail to Have an Insurance Card.
The driver of the vehicle was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (marihuana), and Driving a Motor Vehicle without a Licence. Stephen MANSI, 18 years of age from Sarnia, ON has a Sarnia court date of August 13, 2014 to answer to his charges.
