Around 12:30 a.m. this morning, an officer on general patrol observed a man driving a motorcycle eastbound on Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg.
The officer recognized the man and believed that his driving privileges were currently suspended so he initiated a traffic stop.
Through investigation, the officer confirmed that the man was suspended from driving in Ontario due to unpaid fines.
The 43-year-old Michigan man was charged with driving while under suspension and driving with a licence of another jurisdiction while under suspension in Ontario.
