(CENTRE WELLINGTON TWP, ON) -On Saturday November 2, 2013 at approximately 2:08 pm, officers from the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report from the public about another motorist driving unsafely. Officers located the female driver of a 2009 Nissan and upon speaking with her; police discovered that she had been drinking alcohol.
Jacqueline LEMON age 48 of Erin has been charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on November 12, 2013 to answer to the charges.
Her driver’s licence was also suspended for 90 days and the motor vehicle has been impounded for a period of 7 days.
