(LAMBTON, ON) – On Wednesday June 22nd, 2016 just prior to 1:30 p.m., the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was dispatched to a serious two vehicle motor vehicle collision on 40 Highway, City of Sarnia.
Lambton OPP along with Sarnia Fire Department and Lambton Emergency Medical Service (EMS) responded to 40 Highway between Plank Road and McGregor Road, City of Sarnia. A tractor trailer and a car collided on 40 Highway resulting in the driver of the car being transported to hospital by EMS with serious injuries.
Emergency personnel are still on scene investigating the collision. 40 Highway between Plank Road and McGregor Road is presently closed and will remain closed for an undetermined period of time.
