(LAMBTON, ON) – On Wednesday March 16th, 2016 at approximately 6:47 a.m., the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was requested to attend 402 Highway, eastbound, just east of Forest Road, Warwick Township regarding a tractor trailer that had rolled into the ditch.
Lambton OPP, along with Lambton Emergency Medical Service (EMS) and Warwick Fire Department was dispatched to 402 Highway, eastbound, just east of Forest Road regarding a tractor trailer that had rolled onto its side into the south ditch. The lone occupant of the tractor trailer sustained only minor injuries, was treated and released at the scene by EMS. The eastbound driving lane of 402 Highway, eats of Forest Road, is presently closed for an unknown period of time to allow for the removal of the commercial motor vehicle from the ditch.
The OPP are asking that caution be used if traveling in the area as emergency personal are still on scene. The investigation is currently on-going with charges pending.
