(RED LAKE, ON) – On April 12, 2015 at approximately 2:30 PM, Red Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received an Assault call within the Municipality of Red Lake.
Police learned that the complainant had been assaulted and his vehicle had been damaged while outside a local business.
Tommy ANGROVE, 39 years old from the Municipality of Red Lake has been charged with the following offences:
· Assault contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada,
· Mischief under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
ANGROVE is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Red Lake on May 28, 2015, to answer to the charges.
