(BRANT COUNTY, ON) –Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) performed a traffic stop on Painter Road in the County of Brant July 15, 2015 at approximately 12:30 a.m. after a vehicle caught their attention.
OPP investigators discovered that the 2007 Dodge Charger had been reported stolen from the South Simcoe area. Police arrested the male driver at the scene.
Police have charged 32-year-old Tom SHADE of Pickering for possession of stolen property under the Criminal Code of Canada.
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to his charges.
