(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Wednesday September 04, 2013 at approximately 3:30 a.m. Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were dispatched to an alarm call at the GOCO and Chums Restaurant in Mitchell.
Officers with the assistance of the OPP West Region Canine Unit located evidence which led to the arrest of a male suspect around 7 a.m.
Todd TENNY (39) of the Municipality of West Perth has been charged with “break, enter a place – commit indictable offenceâ€Â. He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on October 07, 2013, to answer to this charge.
Residents are reminded to contact the police immediately when observing suspicious vehicles or persons in their neighbourhoods.
