(KENORA, ON) On Thursday, November 28, 2013 at approximately 7:00 pm, members of the Ontario Provincial Police observed a vehicle stopped south of Nestor Falls on Highway 71, blocking traffic. Officers approached the vehicle and determined the driver to be impaired. The driver was arrested and transported for breath tests.
As a result of the investigation, 30 year old Todd COPENACE of Sabaskong (Onigaming) First Nations has been charged with Impaired Driving and Breach of Recognizance. He was held in custody and will appear in court on November 29, 2013.
