(ST.MARYS, ON) Perth County OPP officers were called to the All Roads Dodge/Chrysler dealership located on Queen St. West in St.Marys, where rims and tires had been removed from a new vehicle.
Investigation revealed that sometime between 2:30 – 3 a.m. on Thursday May 27, 2010 an unknown person(s) removed the tires and rims from a 2010 pickup truck which was on display on the west side of the dealership showroom. The tires/rims were rolled in a westerly direction across the back of a neighbouring car dealership and onto a warehouse parking lot where they may have been loaded into a dark coloured mini van.
The four rims are 20†polished aluminium. The tires are GoodYear Wranglers with white writing on the sidewalls.
The Perth County OPP is requesting anyone who may have observed suspicious activity in the area of Queen St. West around 2 a.m. on Thursday morning May 27, to contact them at 1-888-310-1122 or to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
