Timothy Roy WELLS – Break And Enter X2

(WARKWORTH, ON) –On May 27, 2016 the Northumberland detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) entered into an investigation involving a break-in to a barn at a rural property near Warkworth. A further break-in occurred 3 days later.

As a result of the ensuing investigation by the Northumberland detachment Street Response Team (SRT), Timothy Roy WELLS age 54 of Simcoe, Ontario was arrested on June 1, 2016 and charged with two counts of Break & Enter and two counts of Possession of Property Obtained by crime under $5,000. He was held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg.

Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in locating some of the outstanding stolen items which include:

large antique (horse drawn) sleigh

hand forged bear trap

antique parlour stove

antique ‘Cook-Rite’ stove

8-10 champion deer antlers with skulls

aluminum bending machine

several Makita power saws

brand new John Deere riding tractor
