(PENETANGUISHENE, ON) – On May 16, 2015 at 2:14p.m members of the Southern Georgian Bay Street Crime Unit of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a male in relation to a Break and Enter that took place overnight on April 18, 2015 in the Town of Penetanguishene.
A Stihl brand chainsaw has been recovered as a result of the investigation.
Timothy Patrick Dean COLE (age 18) of the Town of Penetanguishene has been charged with:
· Break and Enter contrary to sec 348(1) (a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
· Possession of Property obtained by crime under $5,000 contrary to sec 354(1) (a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland on June 11, 2015.
