Timothy MARTIN – Drive While Suspended

(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 26 year old male with several provincial charges following a traffic stop at an Argyle Street, Caledonia, Haldimand County, ON address.

On Thursday December 3rd, 2015 at approximately 9:45pm, members of the Haldimand County OPP, stopped a motor vehicle on Argyle Street, for a Highway Traffic Act check.

As a result of the investigation the driver of the vehicle identified as 26 year old Timothy MARTIN of Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation Territory, ON has been charged with two (2) counts of Driving while under suspension, Use plate not furnished for vehicle, and Use validation not furnished for vehicle. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
