(Madoc) – On March 26, 2017 at 1:50 a.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P were dispatched to a family dispute at a residence on Quin-mo-lac Road in the Municipality of Centre Hastings after an intoxicated man attempted to leave the property in his vehicle. While exiting the driveway the driver struck a tree causing severe damage to his truck.
As a result of the investigation officers arrested and charged 29 year old Timothy LOGAN of Trenton, ON with Impaired Driving and Driving With More Than 80mgs of Alcohol in Blood. He received a 90-day Administrative Drivers Licence Suspension and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days. He will appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on April 13, 2017.
