(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) County of Brant Detachment HAVE CHARGED A Brantford man with impaired driving and operating a vehicle with more than 80 mg of alcohol in his blood after a traffic stop.
On 06 June 2015 a County of Brant OPP member’s stopped a 2005 BMX BX5 on Brant Road (Highway #24) after the vehicle had drawn attention to itself.
Further investigation revealed that 22 year old Timothy Harrington of Brantford was operating a 2005 BMW BX5 while his ability was impaired by alcohol. It was also determined that Mr. Harrington was operating his vehicle with more than 80 mg of alcohol in his blood as well.
Harrington will appear at a later date in Brantford court to answer to the charges.
