(ELDERSLIE TWP, ON) – On October 16, 2016 at 3:40 p.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Side road 10 in Elderslie Township stopped a White GMC Sierra pick-up truck. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Thirty-two-year old Timothy HAMMEL of Arran-Edlerslie Township has been charged with impaired operation and operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 2, 2016 to answer to the charges.
