(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) members were called to a business on Colborne Street East, County of Brant after the business owner reported someone stealing lawnmower batteries.
OPP investigators attended Crossroads flea market located at 1146 Colborne Street East in the County of Brant and were advised by the business owner that a man had attended and taken batteries and left the area on 25 August 2016. The man was located a short distance from the business by police.
The County of Brant OPP have charged 32-year-old Timothy HALL of the City of Brantford with the following offences under the Criminal Code of Canada:
Theft under $5000.
Possession of Property obtained by Crime under $5000.
Possession of Break and Enter tools
