(SEVERN, TOWNSHIP) – On Sunday January 25th, 2015 at approximately 9:14 p.m., the Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) were contacted in relation to a single motor vehicle roll over.
Officers attended and located the vehicle on Highway 11 northbound just north of County Road 169 in Severn Township. The driver of the vehicle was located at the scene by officers and was arrested.
Timothy BROSNAHAM, age 54, of Gravenhurst has been charged with Driving while Ability Impaired, and Driving with more than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood.
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date in Orillia on Tuesday February 17th, 2015.
