(BRIGHTON, ON) – A Northumberland OPP officer was conducting radar enforcement on Highway 401 on January 23, 2015 at 2:30am and stopped a car for speeding 134 km/h in a 100 km/h zone. The driver was found to be a disqualified driver under the Criminal Code, was arrested and the car impounded for 7 days.
Tiffany ROBERTSON age 30 of Mississauga is charged with Driving While Disqualified and Speeding. She was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brighton on March 3, 2015.
