(ELGIN COUNTY, ON) – Police have positively identified the driver of the first vehicle, the Pontiac car that was traveling west on Highway 3 on Friday night November 15, 2013 when it crossed over the centre line and collided with an eastbound Honda Civic. The female driver has been identified as Pamela KEEN, age 60 of London, ON. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police continue to investigate the cause of the collision.
