(LAMBTON SHORES, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Lambton Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and the Grand Bend Fire Department all responded to a three vehicle collision which happened on Lakeshore Road (Highway 21) near Cold Storage Road, just before 4:00 p.m. July 28, 2013.
The Lambton OPP investigation showed that the male driver of a GMC vehicle attempted to enter onto southbound Lakeshore Road from a private driveway but was struck first by a northbound Subaru vehicle and then the GMC vehicle suffered a second impact with a southbound Ford vehicle.
Lambton OPP is reporting that minor injuries were treated by EMS at the scene and no involved persons were taken to hospital.
Charged with Careless Driving is Byron HOFFMAN, 60 years of age, from Bosanquet Twnsp, ON.
