Three Pedestrians Struck – Two Survive

(PEMBROKE, ON) The Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is continuing to investigate a motor vehicle collision that occurred on Lake St. in the City of Pembroke. The collision was reported at approximately 9:12pm on the 11th of January 2015.

Three pedestrians were struck by a westbound vehicle on Lake St. Two of the pedestrians were treated and released from hospital. The third pedestrian was taken to hospital with serious injuries. On January 12th 2015 the third pedestrian died as a result of injuries sustained in the collision. Deceased is 57 year old Ernest Hall of Petawawa, Ontario.
