THREE PARTIES ARRESTED IN BREAK AND ENTER

(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON)- On Sunday November 3, 2013 at 1:26 p.m. members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a break and enter in progress, located on the 31000 block of Sylvan Road, North Middlesex. Officers learned that the home owner returned to his home and located two male suspects within the residence. Both suspects fled the scene on foot. Police were also advised that a suspicious BMW was also observed within the area, during the same time.

Police arrived on scene and located both suspects fleeing the area on foot. Both males were placed under arrest for Break and Enter. Officers also located the suspicious BMW on travelling on Nairn Road. A traffic stop was completed and the driver was placed under arrest for impaired driving.

As a result of an investigation police have charged the female driver Lindsey CRANE-NIELSEN, age 25 of London, ON with:

Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle- Over 80 mgs as per Section 253(1)(b) CC

Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking Given by Officer in Charge 145(5.1) CC

Driving while under suspension as per Section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act

Break & Enter with Intent 348(1)(a) CC

Police have also charged two males. The first male identified as Louay DANIAL, age 24 of London, ON has been charged with one count of Break & Enter with Intent 348(1)(a) CC and Failing to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking Given by Officer in Charge 145(5.1) CC. The second male identified as Nadeem SALMAN, age 19 of London, ON has been charged with one count of Break & Enter with Intent 348(1)(a) CC and Fail to Comply with Recognizance as per Section 145(3) CC.

All three parties have been remanded into police custody and will appear in a London court room at a later date to speak to the charges.
