(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – On September 27, officers from the City of Kawartha Lakes (CKL) detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a disturbance on Portage Road in Kirkfield.
After an investigation the following persons were arrested and all charged with Assault contrary to section 266 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Alan DRAPER, 38 years of age of Orillia
Barber DRAPER, 56 years of age of Kirkfield
Elvis DRAPER, 39 years of age of Kirkfield
They will appear in Lindsay court this morning for a bail hearing.
