(KINCARDINE, ON) – On November 7th, 2010 at 1:19 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol observed 3 men walking along Andrew Malcolm Drive with open alcohol. 25 year old Luke PETTER of London, 29 year old Stephen STEPANIAK of Kincardine and 28 year old Phillip WILLITS of Kincardine were each charged with Having Open alcohol in other than licensed premises, residence or private place.
