(St-Albert, ON) On December 18, 2013 OPP Constables responded to a threat incident on Route 600 west in St-Albert. At that location it was reported that tenants were threatening the occupants of the other apartment. The officer investigated the complaint and came to the conclusion that some offences had been committed by a male and female.
Tina L. GRIFFITH-HEUFF, 28 years old of St-Albert and Kurt, A. HEUFF, 34 years old of St-Albert will both have to appear in L’Orignal court on February 26, 2014 to answer to the following charges:
CC 264.1(1)(a) Uttering Threats – Cause death or Bodily Harm
CC 264.1(1)(b) Uttering Threats – Damage Property
They both are charged with the same offences.
