On July 12th 2014 at 3:19 pm police responded to a disturbance at the Grand River Transit Terminal located at 35 Ainslie Street. A male suspect had boarded a Grand River Transit Bus and threatened to stab the driver while holding a Samauri-style sword. The male was arrested by police without incident. A 19 year old Cambridge man has been charged with uttering threats to cause death and possesion of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
