On September 8th, 2014 a 36 year old Barrie man got into an argument with his landlord at their rooming house over rent money owed. The tenant went on to call the landlord racial slurs and threatened to kill her. Police were called and investigated the complaint. The following day the accused was located and arrest for Utter Threats. He was held for a bail hearing.
