(TOWN OF FERGUS, ON) – On Friday, October 19, 2012 at approximately 12:41pm County of Wellington OPP officers were patrolling on St. Andrew St. in the Town of Fergus. At this time and location officers investigated the driver of a 1996 Plymouth that pulled in behind an apartment building. During the investigation police located a substantial quantity of marihuana.
Thomas Lambke aged 29 of Fergus has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Over 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on December 4, 2012 to answer to the charge.
