(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 40-year-old male after checking a vehicle at a Forestry Farm Road, North Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Sunday, June 26, 2016 at approximately 2:24 p.m., police were conducting a R.I.D.E program (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) in the area of Forestry Farm Road and Lynedoch Road when a vehicle was stopped at checked for driver sobriety.
As a result, police have charged 40-year-old Thomas James FOREMAN of Tillsonburg, Ontario with driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor contrary to the Liquor Licence Act.
He was subsequently issued a Provincial Offence Notice.
